Scrumpy Jack (Florida)Scrumpy Jack will be 13 weeks old on December 2nd (2008). Scrumpy weighed 14 pounds last week at the vet's office. He and his siblings love to play together in the back yard. They are mostly paper trained in the house. Scrumpy Jack is almost certainly half Bassett Hound, though his mama appears to be a purebred Rat Terrier.
