Available For Adoption

Sella Bella in New York

Please meet Ms. Sella Bella Ratbone! Sella is originally a southern girl, saved from being euthanized in a Kentucky shelter. She was found as a stray, so we don't know much about her past - but her fostermom says that she's as cute as a button and sweet as can be! Sella is a little "B" body-type teddy Rat Terrier, about one year old, and approximately 11 pounds. She is crate trained and 100% reliably housebroken. Sella is full of spirit and is extremely playful. She listens well and is eager to please and very submissive to humans. Sella is also very affectionate, and loves everybody she meets. She gets along well with other dogs and children, but her fostermom isn't sure about cats. Sella doesn't really have a very strong prey drive, and her fostermom is guessing that she may just want to pester and play with the cats rather than try to actually hurt them. She is a bit "mouthy" (which is something her fostermom is working on), but please don't think it's an aggressive thing, because there is not an aggressive bone in this baby girl's body. Sella is used to having a fenced-in yard, and her fostermom would prefer that her new family have one. If you're looking for a great little girl who will be your best friend, please apply for little Sella Bella Ratbone.
